In-Session Features
Everything you can do during a training session using the different tabs.
Session Tabs
Once you join a session, you'll see these tabs at the top:
Activities & Resources
The default tab when you join. Contains live activities and shared resources.
Live Activities
Polls, word clouds, and exercises appear at the top when the trainer starts them. Respond before time runs out!
Resources
Links, files, and documents shared by the trainer appear in the Resources sidebar.
Passwords / Sensitive Resources
Some resources are marked as sensitive and display as dots (••••). Click the Copy button to copy the value to your clipboard.
Q&A
Ask questions during the session without interrupting. Trainers can answer asynchronously.
Ask a Question
Type your question in the text box and click Ask.
Upvote Others
See a question you also have? Click the upvote button instead of asking again.
Get Answers
When the trainer answers, it appears below the question. Answered questions show a checkmark.
Quizzes
Take quizzes to test your knowledge during or after the session.
Quiz List
Available quizzes appear with a Live badge if currently active.
Time Limits
Some quizzes have time limits. The timer appears at the top once you start.
Whiteboard
View the trainer's whiteboard in real-time. Used for diagrams, drawings, and visual explanations.
The whiteboard is read-only for trainees. It automatically syncs with the trainer's drawings.
Chat
Real-time chat with the trainer and other trainees.
Use chat for quick messages, comments, or informal discussions. For questions that need formal answers, use the Q&A tab.
Tip: Chat messages are visible to everyone in the session.
Instructions
View session-specific instructions and guidance from the trainer.
If the trainer has added instructions, they appear here as formatted text. This may include setup steps, prerequisites, or session objectives.
