Session Interactions

Add resources, answer Q&A with AI assistance, and chat with trainees in real-time.

Resources

Share links, files, and sensitive information (like passwords) with your trainees. Resources appear in the Activities tab on the trainee side.

Adding Resources

Go to Pre-course → Settings and scroll to the Resources section.

Links

Add any URL or text value. Select "Link / Text" and enter a title and URL.

File Uploads

Share PDFs, images, or documents. Select "File Upload", give it a title, and upload the file.

Sensitive / Passwords

For passwords, API keys, or secrets: Check "Mask value (Sensitive)".

How it works: Trainees see dots (••••••) and a Copy button. When they click Copy, the value is copied to their clipboard without being displayed on screen.

Managing Resources

Delete Resources

Click the trash icon next to any resource to remove it. This removes it from the trainee view immediately.

Q&A with AI Assistant

Trainees can ask questions during the session. You can answer manually or use AI to generate draft responses.

How Q&A Works

Questions Appear

When trainees ask questions, they appear in your Q&A tab. Questions with more upvotes are shown first.

Generate AI Draft (Optional)

Click the ✨ sparkle button to generate an AI-powered draft answer based on your session context.

Review & Edit

Review the AI draft or write your own answer. Edit as needed before publishing.

Publish Answer

Click Publish to send the answer to trainees. The question is automatically marked as resolved.

Customize AI Context

In Pre-course → Settings, under AI Q&A System Prompt, you can set custom context for the AI.

This helps the AI understand your specific training topic and generate more relevant answers.

Mark as Resolved

Questions can be marked as resolved manually by clicking the checkmark. Resolved questions move to the bottom of the list.

Chat

Communicate in real-time with everyone in the session.

Using Chat

Real-Time Messages

Messages appear instantly for all session participants. Go to the Chat tab to send and receive messages.

Tip: Use chat for quick announcements, clarifications, or informal discussions. For questions needing formal answers, point trainees to the Q&A tab.
