Joining Training Sessions

Learn how to join a training session using a join code.

How to Join

1Get the Join Code

Your trainer will share a 6-character join code (e.g., ABC123) via email, chat, or displayed on screen.

2Go to the Join Page

Visit the join URL provided by your trainer, or go to: trainerstack.tech/join/YOUR-CODE

3Enter Your Name

Type your name so the trainer can identify you during the session.

4You're In!

You'll be taken to the session dashboard where you can see all available activities, quizzes, resources, and more.

Troubleshooting

  • •Invalid code: Double-check the code with your trainer
  • •Session not started: Wait for the trainer to start the session
  • •Session ended: The session may have already concluded
