Course Dashboard
When you open a course, tabs are grouped into three sections: Pre-course, During course, and Post-course. Use the phase buttons at the top to switch sections, then pick a tab within that section.
Pre-course
Prepare and share before the session starts.
- Share & Resources — QR code, join code, links, and course materials
- Pre-Course (PCQ) — Attach and manage pre-course questionnaires
- Instructions — Write session readme in Markdown
- Settings — Attach PCQ, Feedback form, configure AI TA
During course
Content and interaction while the session is running.
- Quiz — Create and run quizzes
- Activities — Create and launch hands-on exercises
- Q&A — View and answer trainee questions (with AI assistance)
- Chat — Real-time chat with trainees
- Whiteboard — Visual explanations with Excalidraw
Post-course
Insights and reports after the session.
- Analytics — PCQ reports, quiz results, curriculum suggestions, training report
- Reports — Downloadable training report (when available)

Documentation Sections
Quick Start
Create a Course
Go to Sessions → Create Course. Enter title, description, date, and choose Draft or Active.
Attach PCQ (Optional)
After creation, open Pre-course → Settings to attach a Pre-Course Questionnaire.
Add Content
Pre-course: use Instructions for session readme. During course: use Quiz and Activities tabs for quizzes and exercises.
Share with Trainees
Pre-course → Share & Resources has QR code, 6-letter join code, and direct links.
Start Course
Click 'Start Course' to go live. Trainees can join and you'll see them in real-time.
View Analytics
After the session, open Post-course → Analytics for PCQ reports, quiz results, and AI suggestions.
💡 Pro Tips
- •Configure AI TA: In Pre-course → Settings, set a system prompt for the AI Teaching Assistant.
- •Pre-Course Link: If you attach a PCQ, a separate "Pre-Course Link" appears in Pre-course → Share & Resources.
- •Feedback Forms: Attach a feedback form in Pre-course → Settings to collect post-session responses.
- •Session Timer: Use the timer next to the course title to track session duration.
