Course Dashboard

When you open a course, tabs are grouped into three sections: Pre-course, During course, and Post-course. Use the phase buttons at the top to switch sections, then pick a tab within that section.

Pre-course

Prepare and share before the session starts.

  • Share & Resources β€” QR code, join code, links, and course materials
  • Pre-Course (PCQ) β€” Attach and manage pre-course questionnaires
  • Instructions β€” Write session readme in Markdown
  • Settings β€” Attach PCQ, Feedback form, configure AI TA

During course

Content and interaction while the session is running.

  • Quiz β€” Create and run quizzes
  • Activities β€” Create and launch hands-on exercises
  • Q&A β€” View and answer trainee questions (with AI assistance)
  • Chat β€” Real-time chat with trainees
  • Whiteboard β€” Visual explanations with Excalidraw

Post-course

Insights and reports after the session.

  • Analytics β€” PCQ reports, quiz results, curriculum suggestions, training report
  • Reports β€” Downloadable training report (when available)

Quick Start

Create a Course

Go to Sessions β†’ Create Course. Enter title, description, date, and choose Draft or Active.

Attach PCQ (Optional)

After creation, open Pre-course β†’ Settings to attach a Pre-Course Questionnaire.

Add Content

Pre-course: use Instructions for session readme. During course: use Quiz and Activities tabs for quizzes and exercises.

Share with Trainees

Pre-course β†’ Share & Resources has QR code, 6-letter join code, and direct links.

Start Course

Click 'Start Course' to go live. Trainees can join and you'll see them in real-time.

View Analytics

After the session, open Post-course β†’ Analytics for PCQ reports, quiz results, and AI suggestions.

  • β€’Configure AI TA: In Pre-course β†’ Settings, set a system prompt for the AI Teaching Assistant.
  • β€’Pre-Course Link: If you attach a PCQ, a separate "Pre-Course Link" appears in Pre-course β†’ Share & Resources.
  • β€’Feedback Forms: Attach a feedback form in Pre-course β†’ Settings to collect post-session responses.
  • β€’Session Timer: Use the timer next to the course title to track session duration.
